The feeling of disorientation experienced by someone who is suddenly subjected to an unfamiliar way of life, culture, setting, or set of attitudes is what you could call culture shock. In this photo, two woman have a feeling and expression of disorientation as they experience a new way of life right in front of them that they are not exactly use to, finding it to be abnormal from their own way of life.
